Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern all sales concluded on the Calefia website between Kamar Holdings LLC, hereafter "the Seller", and any non-trading individual making a purchase, hereafter "the Customer".

Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms. They are available at all times on the site and take precedence over any other document.

The Seller reserves the right to amend them. The applicable terms are those in force on the date of the order.

The essential characteristics of each product are shown on its page. Photographs and visuals are provided for illustration and may differ slightly from the delivered product, without this engaging the Seller's liability.

Offers are valid while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer is informed and refunded in full as soon as possible.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Any shipping fees are shown before the order is finally confirmed.

As the Seller is established outside the European Union, value-added tax applicable to imported goods is paid in accordance with applicable regulations. The total amount due appears on the order summary before payment: no additional sum may be requested from the Customer after confirmation.

The Customer selects products, reviews their cart, enters their contact and shipping details, then confirms the order after checking the detailed summary. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of the price and these terms.

The order is confirmed by a summary email sent to the address provided by the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order that appears abnormal or fraudulent.

Payment is made online by card at the time of order. Transactions are processed by our payment provider, Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. The Seller never has access to the Customer's card details.

The order is processed only after the payment centers confirm authorization.

Everything relating to timing, fees and the Customer's rights is shown before payment. Nothing is added afterward.

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.

Delivery time is 6 to 10 business days from order confirmation. Products are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse, then handed to a national carrier.

A tracking number is sent to the Customer by email once the parcel is picked up.

An order with several items may, depending on the products and stock levels, be shipped in several separate parcels that may arrive on different dates. Each shipment has its own tracking number and the Customer is informed accordingly.

In the event of a shipping delay, the Customer may request cancellation of the order under the conditions provided by law and be refunded in full.

It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition of the parcel on receipt and to report any damage as soon as possible.

In accordance with consumer protection law, the Customer has fourteen days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or bear any penalty.

To exercise this right, simply send a clear, unambiguous request to contact@calefia.com, stating the order number. The standard withdrawal form reproduced below may be used, although its use is not mandatory.

To simplify the process, the Seller does not require the product to be returned for any order under 40 euros: the refund is issued on simple request. Above this amount, the product must be returned, with return shipping costs borne by the Customer.

The refund covers the full amount paid, including standard shipping costs, and is issued no later than fourteen days after receipt of the request, using the same payment method as the order.

Regardless of any commercial guarantee, the Seller remains bound by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by applicable consumer and civil law.

The legal guarantee of conformity applies for two years from delivery of the item. The Customer may obtain repair or replacement of a non-conforming item, or failing that, a price reduction or cancellation of the contract.

If a product is defective or damaged on receipt, the Customer is invited to send a description together with photographs. The Seller will then arrange a replacement or refund, without requiring the product to be returned.

Personal data collected as part of an order is processed as described in the privacy policy, accessible from every page of the site.

The Customer's attention is particularly drawn to the fact that their shipping address is transmitted to our supplier located outside the European Union, solely for the purpose of delivering the order.

Any complaint may be sent to contact@calefia.com. The Seller commits to responding as quickly as possible.

These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the Customer's country of habitual residence remain applicable.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge in an attempt to reach an amicable resolution before any legal action.
